Join us for this lively webinar on collections insurance. Speakers Carli Helfer and Adrienne Reid will discuss how heritage collections and archives are insured. They will provide tips on how to easily understand this coverage and make sure that your collection is well protected.

Who Should Attend: This webinar is ideal for museum professionals, curators, archivists, and anyone involved in the management and preservation of historic collections.

Carli Helfer has been with Huntington T. Block for 5 years as an Account Executive. She works with museums, historical societies, galleries, private collectors, artists, and conservators across the country. She has a BA in Economics from Virginia Tech and is currently based in Washington DC.

Adrienne Reid is Senior Vice President at Huntington T. Block Insurance Agency, Inc. and has been working in fine art insurance for over 20 years. In her current role, she provides fine art insurance broker services for museums, universities, collectors, and art shippers. She holds an M.B.A. from Tulane University and is a Certified Insurance Counselor. Adrienne is based in Houston, Texas.

There will be time allotted for your questions, both during the webinar and at a follow-up “Conversations with Colleagues.” 

We will follow up this event with a virtual Conversation with Colleagues on Thursday, July 10 from 12:00 PM to 1 PM. All those who register for the webinar are invited to attend.

Pre-registration is required and a Zoom link for the meeting will be sent to you closer to the meeting date. Space in the workshop is limited to 100 participants. Please register by Tuesday, June 24th.

If you can’t make it to the live event, you can still register for the workshop and we will send you the recording once it becomes available.

The cost of the virtual workshop is as follows:

  • $15 for any non-member of CCCA who wishes to attend

  • $10 if you have applied for and been accepted as a Professional Affiliate Member of the CCCA or have made a donation of at least $25 this year as a Friend of the CCCA

  • FREE if you have applied for and been accepted as an Emerging Professional or Student Member of the CCCA.
