The Care & Maintenance of Historic Museum Buildings (webinar)

Presented by John Leeke, an historic building specialist at Historic HomeWorks, based in Portland, Maine.

Presenter John Leeke will explain the importance of developing a routine maintenance program for your historic or older building, how to link routine inspections to seasonal openings and closings, and how to treat your building as the largest object in your collection. This presentation will be based in part on Mr. Leeke's Practical Restoration Reports Compendium publication.

We will follow up this event with a virtual Conversation with Colleagues on Wednesday, October 26th at 12:00pm. All those who register for the webinar are invited to attend.

Pre-registration is required and a Zoom link for the meeting will be sent to you closer to the meeting date. Space in the workshop is limited to 100 participants. Please register by Monday October 17th.
